Data Protection

In order to meet GDPR requirements, CRS is implementing a Data Protection Policy which sets out how it will comply with the GDPR in keeping your personal data secure.

Our Data Privacy Statement sets out in detail how we acquire and protect your personal data and describes your rights under the GDPR to know what personal information CRS holds and to amend or delete it.

CRS is not able to meet its objectives and serve its Members unless it holds basic information on names, addresses and contact details. By supplying this information, Members are deemed to be giving consent to CRS holding and using it.

If you are content with this situation, you need not do anything right now, but if you wish to give us explicit consent and provide your preference for how we may contact you, we have a Consent Form which you are invited to complete and return to us.

If you have any questions about the GDPR and/or our use of your personal data, please email us at

For much more information on all of this, please see the EU GDPR Portal and the UK Information Commissioners Office (ICO) GDPR guide for organisations
