Associate Membership Application
Educational, cultural, sporting and recreational organisations may join CRS as Associate members for an annual fee of £50.00
If your organisation is an existing Associate Member and you have set up a Standing Order which is still in force, you need do nothing – your membership will renew for 2021. If any of your organisation’s details have changed, please use the Contact form to let us know.
If your organisation is an existing Associate Member but you have been paying separately each year, your payment for 2021 is now due. You may make a one-off bank transfer to the account details shown below, or set up a standing order with your bank. If you can do this online, that is fine, but if you need a paper form, you may down load one here. You may also make a credit/debit card payment over the phone to the Treasurer on 07913 030 238.
If you are new to CRS, you may apply to join using the form below to enter details of your organisation and method of payment. Entries in fields marked * are required. If you prefer to complete a paper application form, you may download one here.
The instructions below the form indicate how to pay the £50.00 annual fee.
BACS Transfer – please remit your payment of £50 to: Calthorpe Residents’ Society, NatWest Bank, Sortcode 60-07-41, Ac no. 89007018. Please use the Organisation Name as the reference.
Standing Order – please set this up online with your bank to: Calthorpe Residents’ Society, NatWest Bank, Sortcode 60-07-41, Ac no. 89007018, using the Organisation Name as the reference, or you may download a paper form here, complete and post to: Membership Secretary, Calthorpe Residents’ Society, 113, Croftdown Road, Harborne, Birmingham B17 8RE. We will forward it to your Bank.
