Grounds Maintenance Survey

This survey is designed to receive residents’ views on grounds maintenance who live in the 21 service charge areas (private roads/developments) on the Calthorpe Estate.

If you are unsure of your service charge area, this should be indicated on the letters from your Managing Agent.

If you are a paid up CRS member you will be charged the CRS members fee (if there is one) for all social events. if you are not a member there will always be an extra charge (except your first event), but if you live on the Calthorpe Estate, you may join CRS for £10 per household per year and then not be subject to this charge.
If you are a Calthorpe Estate Resident, you may join CRS for £10 per household per year, which means you will pay the CRS members fee (if there is one) for all social events.
Please note that if you are a CRS member, only the two registered persons in your household pay the members fee. If you have selected 'More than two' or 'Variable number', please describe your requirements in the 'Comment' field.
