[04.06.26] Calthorpe Estates plans to sell 200 freehold interests by auction.
Calthorpe Estates (CE) have announced a radical and far-reaching plan to sell 200 freehold interests by auction starting in early July.
This represents the sale of remaining open areas such as amenity areas, private roads and most residential blocks over the coming five years.
The first sales are scheduled for July 9.

Birmingham Botanical Gardens is holding ‘An Introduction to the Archives’ event from 11am – 12pm, this Saturday, 30th May.
This is a rare opportunity to have a close look into the archives first hand.
It is a ticketed event but free to BBG members or included with cost of entry to the gardens.

This is an informal drop in event run by West Midlands Police where local residents can meet West Midlands Police Officers and PCSOs over a coffee to discuss any neighbourhood concerns.
