As a resident of The Calthorpe Estate you are warmly invited to become a member of the Calthorpe Residents Society and help us continue to maintain and enhance this wonderful community that we are proud to call our home. Membership will entitle you to receive our quarterly newsletter, keeping you up to date with both our activities and events occurring in the wider community across the Estate, receive invites to our regular social events which are normally held in conjunction with local businesses and also where possible receive our assistance on any issues and concerns you have concerning the Estate.
The cost of membership is just £10 per year, and covers all members of a household.

How to make your payment
If your household is an existing member and you have set up a Standing Order which is still in force, you need do nothing – your membership will renew automatically.
To set up a new Standing Order with your bank, you can do this online, but if you need a paper form, you may download one here. Post the form to the Membership Secretary, Calthorpe Residents Society, 113, Croftdown Road, Harborne, Birmingham B17 8RE. We will forward it to your Bank.
If your household is an existing member and you have been paying separately each year, please make your payment promptly in the new year. You may make a one-off bank transfer, remitting your payment of £10 to: Calthorpe Residents Society, NatWest Bank, Sortcode 60-07-41, Ac no. 89007018. Please use the last name of person 1 as the reference. Alternatively, you may make a credit/debit card payment over the phone to the Treasurer on 07913 030 238.
