Please note that there are CRS members and non-members fees indicated for each event below. If you live on the Calthorpe Estate, you may join CRS for £10.00 per household per year, which then means you will pay the CRS members fee (if there is one) for all events. To check if you live on the Estate, go here for the lists of roads and properties.

If it is their first event with us, non-members will not be charged if it is a free event for members. For subsequent events, non-members fees are applied.

The booking form below captures your essential details and the tickets you need. Please use the ‘Comment’ field to provide any special requirements. We will respond with a confirmation email and instructions for payment if required.

This is helpful if we need to clarify your requirements.
If you are a paid up CRS member you will be charged the CRS members fee (if there is one) for all social events. if you are not a member there will always be an extra charge (except your first event), but if you live on the Calthorpe Estate, you may join CRS for £10 per household per year and then not be subject to this charge.
If you are a Calthorpe Estate Resident, you may join CRS for £10 per household per year, which means you will pay the CRS members fee (if there is one) for all social events.
Please note that if you are a CRS member, only the two registered persons in your household pay the members fee. If you have selected 'More than two' or 'Variable number', please describe your requirements in the 'Comment' field.
